THAW offers clients the option to receive text messages containing links to our assistance application or client portal through our interactive voice response (IVR) phone system.
Consent to Text Messages
When you select a text-message option in our IVR system and provide or confirm the mobile phone number where you wish to receive the message, you consent to THAW sending a text message containing the link you requested.
These messages are intended to provide access to THAW services. They are not promotional or marketing messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of applying for or receiving assistance from THAW.
You may decline text messages and use other available methods to access THAW services.
Message Frequency and Rates
Message frequency varies based on your requests. Typically, each request results in one text message. Additional requests may result in additional messages.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and service plan.
Opting Out
You may reply STOP to a THAW text message to opt out of further text messages. You may also contact THAW at 1-800-866-8429 to request that text messages stop.
We will honor applicable opt-out requests. Opting out of text messages will not affect your eligibility for THAW assistance, although you may need to use another method to access the application or client portal.
