WDIV Giving Tuesday Gift of Warmth Telethon

The Heat and Warmth Fund hosts the WDIV GivingTuesday Telethon on the first Tuesday after Thanksgiving, annually! This day is a global day of giving designed to promote an influx of philanthropy, citizen engagement, and support for communities and nonprofits worldwide. WDIV Local 4 partners with THAW to introduce you to families that THAW supports and underscore the need for utility assistance funding throughout the entire year, particularly during the season on need.

Corporate sponsors and partners sponsor an “hour” of the radiothon, make matching and challenge gifts, take a shift answering the phone banks and share in the excitement of the day. In addition, sponsors have the opportunity to present a check live on air at the studio or virtually/recorded.
