In addition to food, fun and festivities, this holiday season, we want to harness the power of HARMAN to support a local organization: The Heat and Warmth (THAW) Fund.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The Heat and Warmth Fund (THAW) is an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit whose mission is to stabilize and empower Michigan families—keeping them healthy, safe and warm. THAW envisions a Michigan in which every family has access to affordable utilities, energy efficient homes and viable job opportunities.

Through nearly 40 agency partners and a series of annual mobile processing events, THAW distributes energy and utility assistance to an ever-growing number of Michigan households each year. Since it’s inception in 1985, THAW has distributed over $216 million in assistance to nearly 309,000 Michigan households.

For every $10 you donate, you will receive 1 entry for the drawing to win HARMAN product at the HARMAN Winter Chill event. Everyone will receive 1 entry just for attending the event, 1 for entering the gingerbread house contest, 1 for entering the ugly sweater contest and 1 for every $10 donation to THAW. Together, we can make a huge impact on helping to keep Michigan families safe and warm this holiday season!
