Information Technology Manager

The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company’s technology operations and implementing new IT systems and policies. This role involves managing the IT team, ensuring the security of the company’s network, and maintaining the performance of the IT infrastructure. The IT Manager will also be tasked with developing and implementing IT strategies that align with the company’s business goals, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing data backup and recovery processes, and staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends to ensure the company remains competitive. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of IT systems and infrastructure. A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, along with several years of experience in IT management, is required.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk, or hear; frequently required to use repetitive hand motion, handle or feel objects, reach with hands and arms, and to stand, walk, bend or lift up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust and focus.

Travel Requirements
Limited local travel for this position may be required (5-25%). Employee must have use of reliable transportation. A valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance is required if using a personal vehicle on company business.
Work Environment
This position operates in professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
