As of August 2022, funding is exhausted for the PNC Foundation Pontiac Water Assistance Program.

Pontiac residents with income at or below 150% of the federal poverty level who meet and meet additional criteria may apply for water bill assistance through the PNC Foundation Pontiac Water Assistance Program.

You are eligible for support through this program if:

  • Your account is residential (not commercial).
  • Your account must have a past due balance, be scheduled for shut-off, or in need of restoration.
  • The account must be in the applicant’s name. If the account is not in the applicant’s name, the applicant must provide a written explanation as to why the responsible party listed on the utility bill is not the one applying for assistance, a document verifying that the applicant resides at the service address, and all other documents are required to process the application.
